I can't recommend JDNA enough, excellent time keeping and professional. On initial check up, they noticed my boiler wasn't safe, basically, someone done a bodge job previously. It was ridiculous how the old boiler was set up. Had a full boiler replacement, new pipe work fitted, new flue, new heating filter, scale reducer, condenser pipe. They drained all the systems and taken all the rubbish out. Left the area neat and tidy. From start to finish they were clear in what they were going to do and how. On the day it didn't go as planned, but they quickly suggested a new outcome. Basically needed to put the new boiler in a new place to which they didn't charge extra. It was complete in one day. I recently started refurbishing my living room, but right in the middle of the wall there was an old boiler thermostat that really didn’t look good. I decided to upgrade to a portable thermostat to improve the overall look of the room. After searching through Facebook groups in Peterborough, I found JDNA LTD. I checked their Google reviews — all 5 stars — and decided to give them a call. That turned out to be a great decision! We initially agreed that an electrician would come in two days, but the very next day Aurimas called to say he could come the same day. I was so happy! He arrived promptly, removed the old thermostat, and installed the new portable one quickly, neatly, and professionally. The difference it made to the room is amazing. A huge thank you to Aurimas from JDNA LTD for such an accurate and fantastic job. It’s great to have such a reliable and professional company here in Peterborough. We have used JDNA for boiler service for yearly service twice. We have been experiencing a crazy noise from the boiler when we opened hot water taps last year. We arranged an appointment for JDNA to have a look (responded quickly and gave more slots to choose from). They came down and had a look and showed the parts with build-up and cleaned it. We also had to change a part due to normal wear. The job was completed in one appointment. I have also carried out the yearly maintenance this year and am happy with it. JDNA Ltd provided an excellent service when we had blocked drainage pipes. After a full investigation, they discovered the pipes had collapsed underground. The team took everything out properly and fixed the issue from start to finish. The work was top quality, carried out professionally, and with great attention to detail. We had major issues with our heating system and constant pressure loss. After many free visits from local companies with no solution, we contacted JDNA LTD, who charge for a proper inspection and quotation. At the time of the initial investigation, the corroded pipework could not be detected because there were no visible signs of damp or discolouration in the walls or ceilings. However, we were clearly advised that, due to the condition of the system, hidden issues might only become apparent once the flushing equipment was connected and pressure was applied. Following the inspection, we received two quotes and chose the cheaper option to flush the system. Once flushing began and pressure was applied, hidden leaks were revealed in the pipework within the walls. This required demolition to access the damaged pipes, and the work was immediately stopped and fully explained to us. We then chose the second option. JDNA LTD replaced all old pipework and radiators, installed a new heating system with a filter, and fully serviced our boiler, honestly advising that it would need replacing in the future. The work was carried out professionally, the property was left tidy, and everything was clearly explained throughout.
