Appointment Cancellation Policy:

We respect our clients' time and our dedication to offering exceptional service. In the event of a cancellation before or on arrival of our team at the designated location for a scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of £50 will be charged to cover incurred expenses. This fee applies whether the appointment was pre-paid or not. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, we kindly request cancellations be made with reasonable notice to avoid this charge. Your understanding is appreciated.
